I really enjoyed being there, the place is homey and quaint.

A quick and wonderful breakfast with coffee, croissants, and cereals to order. The staff were courteous, and the private parking was available. Marvellous and perfect location close to train station for travelling, all was perfect. Dined at Ristorante il Fiocco, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

Had fab stay on our holidays. There was a cosy room with balcony. The location was amazing to the Sorrento city centre where you can get a bus or a ferry to Capri Island or Amalfi Cost.

The location was not what I would define as central. About a 10 minute walk to the station down a small back road. Sant'Angello was not as touristy as Sorrento, but therefore, not very much to do around the town. The room was very, very small and the bathroom was not as clean as hoped. But it is good for a traveller on a budget wanting to stay away from the busy tourist center of Sorrento.

The staff was exceptional. Family run, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean. They were readily available to help plan trips (Capri, Positano, Pompeii,etc.) Also, the rooms were clean and the location (while rather out of the way) was lovely and quiet and restful. (Orange and lemon trees, bougainvillea, lovely and lively late night courtyard, 10 minute quick jaunt down to coast etc.) Also, had a great meal at Moonlight, which is nearby! Try the Walnut Liqueur (Nocio)

For a solo traveler, this location and the value for the money was superb. For someone with trouble walking or someone wanting to be more centrally located, this might be more trouble. However, the train station is 5-10 minute walk and there are cheap regional trains running to Sorrento (2 minutes on the train; 25 on foot) every few minutes.

My family and I spent 4 nights here and had a very good stay. I appreciated the standard queen room, which was brand-new with a balcony. 3. the location was stunning and lovely, within walking distance from a train station.

Location of the Hotel is just great for Sorrento and the two major attractions, Pompei and Vesuvious. The train station is only 10 minutes easy walk from the hotel with Sorrento the next stop down and Pompei about 45 minutes ride. Take a bus up to Vesuvious from just outside the Rail station at Pompei. Paulo and his family looked after me very well. Very good English and the most helpful hotel Proprietor I have every met. Nothing was too much trouble... he even shared his Piza with me one evening with a complementary beer! A great 4 days at the Angelina.

Nothing really negative. The hotel rooms were in slight need of a lick of paint... but for the price, I couldn't complain.

the location was lovely and perfect, adjacent to Sorrento and the surrounding areas. the hotel is situated near the Amalfi coast and the train station. 3. I had a brand-new and modern room with air conditioning.

Helpful staff. Provide an all round orientation to the area on arrival. Give good recommendations on where to eat etc too. Good breakfast. Close to train. Pleasant garden to unwind in after visiting Pompeii or Sorrento. It was our second time staying at Angelina. We ended up extending for 3 extra day.

Paolo, the owner and host was fantastic. He is very knowledgable about where to eat if you want real Italian restaurants where the locals eat, where to go for sightseeing, leisurely activities, etc. Great info about Capri, train schedules, etc. There is a lovely shady terrace where we would meet each afternoon for a drink before going out, or after coming in - there were 6 of us travelling together. It is not a luxury hotel by any stretch, but all the basics are provided. It's on a quiet little side street, just outside of Sorrento where the pace is slower and the noise level is practically zero. I highly recommend this if you're budget conscious and looking for a true Italian experience.

The hotel's location was peaceful and perfect, close to the train station for travelling. the main shopping center and a local supermarket were within walking distance. - the staff were extremely helpful and knew their duties well.

It is very nice hotel with excellent helpfull staff. Pretty good breakfast is included. They have nice garden where you can stay all the day, you can buy great wine from the stuff or outside and enjoy it there.
